When I'm using my Galaxy A25 5G device it will froze when I opened whatsapp application. I couldnt type or even cannot use the call and video call when this happens. (I purchased this device 2024/06)
Can someone help me to fix this it would be really helpful.

 (Update 08.07.2024)👇
When the os update (One UI 6.1) received and after updated to the (One UI 6.1) version all the apps shows that doesnt support with the os version and battery goes down rapidly even this phone has 5000mah. I cannot even use the device for 5 hours 🫠. What are the solutions for this

Right.. First, try by clearing the cache data of WhatsApp and do a simple restart of the device. You can clean the cache by heading to settings > search and select WhatsApp > scroll down and select Storage > Clear Cache. Check whether any updates are available for WhatsApp once after restart.

If the issue persists, reinstalling WhatsApp probably will work. However it might lose the chat history and other WhatsApp medias if it were not set the auto backup. So back up those media files if you can access to those things from the File Manager or Gallery. Let me know if the issue is still there after all. Will try to figure it out! 😊

Ok.. it's likely to happen after an os upgrade. Don't worry. For most of the time they fix of any issues with the next security patch. Till then, will try few things. First, update all of the apps on your device if any updates are available on Play store or Galaxy store. Plus, It's always better to wipe the cache partitions after a major os upgrade. It'll probably be helpful to smooth up the device and reduce the background processings. Check the below video to wipe caches partition on the device 😊
