I'm facing an irritating bug with my flash.
It works when I focus but doesn't when the shutter clicks. Bought this A22 5g for 64,000. But now I can't even use a flash when it's dark!
What a shame!
Please help me folks 🙏

Hi 👋
1. First thing is run the diagnostic test using samsung members app
2. Turn off auto flash and if you need flash light just turn on flash light
3. Download a camera app and check the click some pics with flash light
4. Finally clear the camera app data

If anything doesn't work it seems like a hardware fault so visit nearest samsung customer service center to fix it

If you're experiencing issues with the flash on your Samsung A22 5G, where it works when focusing but not when taking a photo, it could potentially be a software issue. Here's a short and simple solution you can try:

1. Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches. Turn off your phone, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

2. Clear camera app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera. Select the camera app and tap on "Storage." Then, choose "Clear cache" to remove any temporary data that might be affecting the flash functionality.

3. Update the camera app: Check if there are any available updates for the camera app. Go to the Google Play Store, search for the camera app, and if an update is available, tap on "Update" to install it.

4. Reset camera settings: Open the camera app and go to its settings menu. Look for the option to reset camera settings or restore defaults. This will revert any customized settings back to their original state.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's advisable to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support or visit a service center for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting guidance or determine if there's a hardware issue that needs to be addressed.

No sir its on manual.
And it will show up very rarely.
Must be a software issue.
I think it could be fixed with a security patch.
Thanks for your response ❤️
