Iam using my phone(Samsung A34 5g) nearly 1 year now. I recently factory reset the phone and now when I trying to set my fingerprint, it doesn't register at all. I'm not using screen protecter. Screen don't have single scratch or any damage. I clean the display surface and tried multiple of times.
When I try to register fingerprint, the cycle activate but not complete. Anyone have similar experience?
(Yes I tried increasing touch sensitivity through display settings. Also reset accessibility settings multiple times.)

Hi 👋
It isn't solving the issue cause increasing touch sensitivity.
Did you drop your device or changed the display 🤔

Their is a features to increase touch sensitivity in display settings, if you using screen protecter. No I didn't drop it or change the display. In fact I didn't do any repairs.

Yeah i know it just only increasing digitizer sensitivity not the optical sensor sensitivity under the display 👍

@Sakila_Pamudith Thanks for your reply! It does seem like a software issue, especially since it worked fine before the factory reset. Hopefully, the next One UI update will fix it. Thanks again!

After trying for a few days, it’s now working. It was likely a software bug, but it seems to be fixed now. 🫡
