You need to check your charging cable. It might sending the signal to the phone saying fast charging, but it's not conducting the entire current to the charger. Change ur cable and see if it makes a difference.

Hi 👋, 1. Use original charger and cable came with your device 2.clean the charging port of your device 3. Don't use your device if it connected to charger 4. If fast charging is off Enable fast charging in device settings 5. Close background running apps 6. Turn off screen saver feature if you using it
