Cannot upgrade Android version from 13

Hi all

My phone android version is 13 from about 2 years, not any android updates i received yet, knowing that my phone model name is SM-A546E/DS.

I hope any help to solve this issue for upgrade it to android 15.

Before we try to solve the issue, can you go to settings --> about phone --> software information and look for the service provider version (or something similar like that) and screenshot it?

You have a device from Malaysia, so if you want to know when one ui 7 will be out, please follow the timeline of Malaysia
But anyway, you must have one ui 6 and the latest security update, which is April 2025
If you press the download and install button, does it search for updates and not find them, or does it not do anything at all?

When I press download and Install nothing happens, it still tje same!!.

Show me your exact version of firmware you are on. It's on the same page a little bit up like your last screenshot. Under "build number". Copy or screenshot just that line please.

You should be on Android 14 for months !

It's a legit version. I would flash a new version with your CSC and hopefully it will continue by itself later. If you don't know how to flash go to a good place that sells Samsung devices and ask them to flash you a new Android 14 rom for your device.
