Hey there!! 🥀

I've been facing an issue with the Bluetooth connection on my Galaxy A33 5G.

When I connect my phone to an audio device via Bluetooth, it works fine at first. But when I start doing other tasks on my phone while listening to audio, the Bluetooth connection lags or gets distorted/cracked. (I don’t know how to explain it, but it sounds like it’s breaking or interrupting.)

I already tried turning off power saving and battery optimization settings, but nothing worked. Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Im currently on one ui 7 🫥

Hi, Did you Unpair and Repair the device. And did you reset the network settings and checked it. And the best way to check is connect another Bluetooth device and check whether the issue is still there or not. Sometimes it could be an issue with your audio device. Just pair with another device and check first.

If my comment helped you in any way. Please consider hitting the 3 dot menu of my comment and accept it as a solution.
Thank you. 😊

Hey brother!! Yeah, I did try repairing my Bluetooth device and even tried with a different one too, but the issue stays the same. I'll try resetting network settings. It feels like the Bluetooth audio cracks when there's something heavy that happens while streaming via Bluetooth. For example going to a different app , opening camera , typing etc.. idk why this is happening.

My old device, which had less power than this one, did not do these kinda things.. 😐😐

Hey, there is an issue with connection of Bluetooth to my Galaxy A 10 phone. Appreciate if you could look into this issue and give a feedback at your earliest.

I suggest you to reset wifi and Bluetooth settings and see whether the issue is still present. At my case it was a failure with the internal ram module itself. 😐😑
