Are you using 25W Original Samsung Charger?
For Battery Health turn off adaptive refreshrate change into 60Hz
Delete Unwanted¬ used apps.
If you not need 2nd sim turn off temporary. when need turn on.
Turn off background apps while charging.(if you can turn off mobile data then turn off)
If phone is heating while using after usage don't charge immediate with heat. Charge after few minutes
Note- This all points are my experince and youtube tech videos knowledge😂

First restart your device. Then turn on the battery saving options and then check whether you have enabled fast charging. And also check whether you are using an original Samsung Charger.
