No ..one ui 4 is not available for galaxy A 70. One UI 3.1 will be the final for A 70

Samsung Galaxy A70 had already received its two major OS updates (Android 10 and 11). As a result, it is not eligible for Android 12 One UI 4.1 update.

It might receive security patches, but not get new Android operating system updates from its manufacturer.

Hi... A70 already got 2 major updates. So not eligible for Android 12. Maybe get few more security patches.
