First go to the settings of your phone , Now select the one I circled in the third image , Now turn on the show system app tick and select ok , Type bluetooth in the search bar and then go inside .
finally There is one called Storage. I have circled it in red in last image. Go to it and there are two clear cache & data under it. Give clear data and restart your phone and see if it works. 👍 😊
