You can access the data folder using your PC.

Since Android 11, files past Android/data have been restricted. More info on that here. Try using a different 3rd party option, such as X-Plore File Manager APK

Install SOLID EXPLORER

Before update, My Files is blank, only settings shows up.

I try uninstall the update from Google Play then open it, My Files can work.

I try update it from Settings\About My Files, and it is still working.
