I am facing a problem with my s8 phone fast charging ,sometimes fast charging is not working properly as shown in the pic.
This Problem happened after downloading new software update ( 6××MB)
I made a factory reset, and the problem got fixed. BUT after downloading new software update the problem appeared again I went to customer support, but they couldn't find a clue except factory reset. The charger is working fine.
How can I solve this problem? It's not acceptable to buy a new phone a charge the phone in 5 hours !!
