Secure folder problem

I can't move stuff from gallery to secure folder lately.... using s21 ultra

Yes the secure folder is active.... it gives me 0/3 moved to secure folder

It worked with my files... but from gallery to secure folder directly doesn't work, still same problem

I can't now at factory reset my phone... but the 1st w solutions aren't working... it is weird cuz it stopped moving files all of a sudden
