My secondary whatsapp (dual) stopped working after the upgrade to android 12 oneui4.

Media is not download able, backup is not working, old media is not figured out by app.

Any one faced the same
Device is s21 ultra

Yes. I had the same problem, and many people had the same. I submitted a report to Samsung and wahtsapp through contact us.

The problem is that I can not backup my data, and I am afraid to lose them if I try to uninstall it.

Please, if you found any solution, share with me.
