No LED notification

I have found after Android 10 upgrade to my S9+ device,

LED notifications stopped working...

No missed calls notification, and some of third party apps also effected..

WhatsApp and IMO etc...

but Games info and Battery charging only LED working 

Have you guys facing this same issue after Android 10 update

I dont have the s series but from here some members addressing this issue. there solution is an app I think called notifications from Google store
