Is there any problem when I charge my phone to above 80 %.

There's no problem, but the point of doing so is not letting the phone overheat. Heat can reduce battery life.

They're talking about the battery charging cycle, the less you fully charge your phone the better.

Yup, my charging pattern is: Charging the phone late at night before i sleep, i use it a bit and then the next morning 93 is remaining that can let me go through the day until the next charge

Look if you have a good sleep pattren then i can suggest you use Adaptive otherwise use basic if you unplug the charger before you sleep or maximum if you forget to unplug it.
