It's been a year with my Galaxy S24 Ultra, and we're STILL waiting for One UI 7 in Saudi Arabia. This prolonged delay is beyond frustrating. Seeing other regions get the update while we're left behind makes me seriously question Samsung's priorities. Honestly, the lack of communication and the messy handling of this update are making me reconsider my switch from iPhone. Their consistent and timely updates were something I took for granted. Samsung, this isn't the experience I expected with a flagship device. This delay is pushing me to seriously consider going back to the smoother, more reliable update system of iOS. I'm incredibly disappointed.
