Issue of camera

My samsung s23 has a problem I noticed. When I use camera with a portrait mode the 1x,2x, has no problem. But my portrait 3x has a issue because its very foggy. I clean my portrait lens so many times but no change very fogg.Is anyone has such a problem

Did you put your phone in water is there water condensation behind the glass of the camera?

Nothing it's very clean and clear

Oh then its a problem when you put your camera in direct light then the light can damage the camera lens you need to replace your camera
