How to view in english

As far as I know, it's not possible.
This is utmost stupidity from Samsung. If your region in KSA, then its only available in Arabic.
Samsung SA has one of the worst services in this region

Samsung Members community is all depending on your sim card, so if you have a Saudi Arabia sim card, the community will be based on Arabic language 

You can surfe your homeland community via browser
