Is anyone also facing delays?. My order is not more than 5 weeks delayed and still stuck at "processing" state.

you may contact customer service and see what's going on
just go to (get help) and call or start a conversation

Now 6 weeks, same response that the concerned department is notified. This is the same response I am getting for 4-5 days. Have you faced similar issues while ordering from the Samsung Saudi website or is my case an isolated one.

I have tried contacting customer service but every time they say that they have escalated the issue and then nothing happens. The order status is still "processing"
