Where Is Beta For Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Android 15 One UI 7.0?

Beta program only available in certain regions such as US, UK, Poland, South Korea, India, china , and German 

It'll be available in the next month whike the stable version will be rolled out with the new Galaxy

Still I Am Waiting For My Galaxy Device...

Your device should have a US sim in order to join the beta program through the Samsung Members US community 

Since you're in KSA, you're connected to Samsung Members. Saudi arabia and Beta program isn't available here 

I'm not sure if Samsung will open the beta program to the public, or it will be exclusively open for developers

The mobile is American sir, what does it have to do with the SIM card, all the data is with Samsung, when they send security every month then it also comes in this, it has nothing to do with the SIM card

Sir you have to understand that joining beta program is through Samsung Members app. There will be banners to aforementioned community to register your phone to the beta program in order to receive the update through Settings. 0Nothing to do with your device if it were from US or any other countries 

Once you phone is connected to Samsung Members Saudi arabia you can't join Beta Program because it never exists in KSA community
