Based on your inquiry regarding the update
kindly follow the below steps
Fingerprint registration error may occur when adjusting the screen mode due to low brightness in the fingerprint recognition area
You can try again after setting the screen mode to "Vivid" option in the display setting.
Settings > Display > Screen Mode > Change Set to “Vivid
1- Open the settings
2- screen
3- Activate touch sensitivity
4- Eliminate accidental touch
Then reboot the device and turn on a new fingerprint
Then do a fingerprint test for the device
1- Dial the code *#0*#
2- We choose the word sensor
3- We choose finger print
4- Click on the normal test
We let it scan. If the word “pass” appears to you, the problem remains
If you are still facing the same issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
