2. Choose mega cam & front cam
3. If the same problem appears, please go to the nearest service center
4. If there is no problem, please reset the camera

2. Choose “Front Cam” and “Mega Cam” and perform the test
3. If you didn't find the issue persists even with the test, you can reset the camera setting.
4. If the issue still exists, so kindly visit the nearest service center
