لو سمحت انا مستغرب انا مكملتش سهر بالتلفون وكل شويه تظهر مشطله التاتش الى بيعلق دي واقعد دقيقتين كده يتعدل او بقفل التلفون وقافل كل الخواص الى بتخص حساسية اللمس
دلوقتي هل فعلا الحل فى التحديث ولا ايه وهل المشكله دلوقتي هتتحل ازاي ابدل التلفون بواحد بداله
Samsung knows about the touch problem, as I have seen other people post about it. Also, people say Samsung will fix it in the April update. But apparently, it may not be the first update but the second one, as there are two updates in April. As I have read on forums.
As far as I know, yes, even on YouTube, people have said that Samsung knows about the problem and will fix it in an update. The April update that came fixed security issues only. People say there will be another update this April to fix the battery drain issue and touchscreen issues.
But if you feel uncomfortable waiting for the update... call the customer service and book an appointment.
