we bought from Jarir Saudi Arabia , Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5 G one week a go ,
Now we  travelled in Philippines and we cant use any Philippines SIM , we encountered issue  that we should Unlock the SIM by entering the unlock code .
kindly support us how to unlock the phone to allow the Philippines SIM.

This happened to me years ago and I did contact the telecom company in Philippines so they are the one which able to activate the phone there by the linking IMEI to your local sim. Hope this helps.

3-copy of receipt of purchase

4-serial and imei number

the process will take 10-15 working days
