Can anyone tell me the problem with my Galaxy Note 9? The update is due in January. It was almost March. Yet Android 10 Update didn't come.

you have to check again when the update and if the date was late then go to samsung support

على جهازي الحاسوب و الهاتف
من خلال الرابط التالي ووصل هاتفك بالحاسوب عن طريق كيبل
USB
و فتح تطبيق
smart switch
على الحاسوب وستجد ايقونة التحديث

في حال لم تجد خيار التحديث فنرجو منك زيارة اقرب مركز صيانه رسمي في بلدك
