I noticed when I have mobile data turned on the mobile hotspot on my Note 9 won't work properly. The device that I want to share the connection with does actually connect but then it says "connected, no internet" or something similar. Wifi sharing works fine though, I only have this problem when I try to share 3G data. Tried with a TV, a laptop and another mobile and none of them gets internet. Was hoping it would get fixed but after this month's update the problem still persists. Did a factory reset and nothing changed. Is anyone having the same issue?
I use my hotspot 4 internet access exclusivity. that includes my phone TV and anything else that wants to connect. the settings that use are under connections/data usage I turn mobile data on.. I didn't turn on mobile hotspot. it tells me I need to turn off the Wi-Fi which is fine by me.
