phone restarting after update, note 10 lite

My mobile Note 10 lite is restarted 2 time in 2 days.

I updated it recently. I had setting of weekly restart at night 3 am on friday. What is the cause.?

make sure to disable auto restart from the device settings-battery and device care-3 dots on the right -disable auto restart

also from the device settings-general management-reset-disable auto restart too

did you download any apps recently ? as may these apps cause this issue , you can check your device in the safe mode as safe mode is useful way to stop all third party apps
