Turn on/off flash light using bixby command

Hi, 

I have Galaxy Note 9,

Is there a Bixby command to turn on the flash light if it's off, and to turn it off if it is on?

I tried setting this command: "torch on /torch off", but it only turns it on.

I don't want to install any third party app.

But is there a single command to turn it on if it is off, and vice versa.. I want to bind this command to the bixby button

we really apologize but to open  Flashlight with Bixby
Open Flashlight you must say open it 
To close flashlight with Bixby
you must say
Close Flashlight
