I observed that Camrra shutting (silent) every 2 min. or more.

I installed app to discover if there's any apps use cam or mic... found that cam used by smart face service samsung.com.

Is it safe? Why?how to stop it???

Yes, it's safe.
As long as the extension belongs to Samsung
