After the last update the s pen 🖊 isn't connecting to the phone and I try to fix it but no response 😕  ??

Thank you for asking the question

 

Kindly follow the below steps:

 

Restart your phone.

 

Check the updates.

 

Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > S Pen Remote, and then make sure the switch is toggled on.

 

In settings tap on Advanced features.

 

Tap on S Pen.

 

Tap on Air actions.

 

Tap menu option.

 

Tap on Reset S Pen.

 

S Pen is being reset and reconnected.

 

Reset S Pen has been completed.

 

 

You can do S pen test to check if it’s working or not , Phone dial > *#0*#

 

Tab ‘wacom test’ Or ‘ Spen’, and then move S-pen across the yellow grid at a time. The grid will turn green.

 

If there is no issue during the test, we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

 

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →

 

RESET → DELETE ALL.

 

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

Same problem for me ..they told me in the Samsung store they need to give me a new one by 1000 pound
