unable to uninstall Netflix

Why can't I uninstall Netflix from my note 10+ 5G? As a 3rd party app why is ssung forcing me to keept it on my device??

unfortunately it is the manufacturer choice to do so.

you can delete it directly from Google Play

if you do that it will only delete the update. but still keep the app on your device.
