Touch Screen Problem

I am having Samsung A7 2018

Sometimes my touch Screen doesn't work and sometimes it works without touch 

Went to Mobile Technician he said need to change whole Screen?

What should I do???

Try changing your screen protector

I already removed Screen protector
Now I am using without protector
