I have been through much with the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 3 5G these phones gets overheating very bad while it's on the charger or while using more than five or six applications at the same time you will find the back of the phone just beside the cameras gets very hot and it's right behind the screen and it cost my screen to crack to be broken into two . Besides the accused me that I the phone have fallen for me although I have went to the more than ones that a person through the same issue that the phone is overheating and I am afraid that might explode or something they don't no no this phone is designed to handle very very heavy applications and you can never worry about this just leave it and noise and when I left it it broke the main internal screening the big screen into two and they are layers and because after this after causing me to fix the screen because they are not convinced that the phone did not fall for me with 15,000 Egyptian pounds I found after a couple of months I found water condensation inside the phone behind each and every camera on each and every side of the home and this also the phone cameras to stop working and when it after that technical support got in and it was a case in the top they will help me and this misery but and I also bought from the Samsung Galaxy that falls five and it also gets hot while torturing and while using so it's not as good as they say and the customer service here in Egypt or very root and they just tell you this is how it goes we can opt for we cannot give you another phone it must have been your fault you must have done something and when I ask them to tell me what is the something I did to the phone that calls this so that I would never do it again to the new phone and I would tell this bearing it the didn't have an answer for this and they just hold to tell me that there is a I have to pay another for example for a changing the cameras because the camera is broken after the guy in the repair center gave me that report that the phone is entirely entirely doesn't have any scratch on it or any indicator that his phone has fallen or anything else happened to it so this company products are not as good as they say and I will not stop publishing this story and I have also pictures and full calls recorded with the customer service and repair center and anyone will understand Arabic will know how much rude they could be and how much call they could be while dealing with an angry customer and losing customer who has paid or spent more than 120,000 pounds in buying two homes one of them is 4K and other one will be returned I will ask for me because I would never wait to experience this again and I will never advise any one to buy from Samsung again because even if the product is good they cannot fix it if it has a problem so it's better to buy from someone or a brand which is totally secure your brand is not that good not as you say and cannot handle anything as you say and your employees are good and disgusting to deal with and I will return my Samsung galaxies at whole 5 today and I will take my other phone on Sunday as they called me 
24 I will I can pick up the phone and I can pay three thousand five hundred pounds besides the fees of the of the repair center and they gave me a 15% discount as an apology from Samsung on any other product I have I will buy from the Samsung online store so anyone could answer me now why should I buy anything if it was for one Egyptian pound and with no discount why should I buy anything from Samsung again to experience the same exact b******* again so please as an advice from someone who has used this phone for a while and as soon as he used it in more than one application and the applications have increased on his phone he found out that this phone is hitting up in every time every five minutes every 10 minutes so what kind of phone code that can stand what heavy work you tell me

And now you are sending me again to tell me to follow the same steps that I have followed before with the same people that are working in Egypt in Samsung which are which is not a responsible company and doesn't know how to hire customer service agents which doesn't know how to deal with an a customer with with who lost lots of money but just like me no thank you so much I don't want to and I will know go through this again I am fed up you and fed up and I would never stop I will never stop I will gather use from All around the world regarding this topic and I have witnessed before in Vodafone UK while I was working at a technical advisor years ago that Samsung products sometimes get hot and sometimes explode so I will tell them how dangerous you devices are and especially the brand new ones which are very expensive and the cost lots of money to repair and even if repair it worse not good because it doesn't know how to repair their own products what kind of companies and how can they always use the customer that he is the one who is a responsible no way the UR and you are not a good company to deal with and there is no honor in talking to these people again because I was the one forming them although they are the ones who must follow up with me because I'm the customer and I'm the one was angry and my issue they couldn't explain even what happened to the cameras and they are telling me now that the did not find water inside the it must have dried up he did and you are idiots yes definitely you are some idiots because it must have dried up because at but what made the cameras break it the not fall he told me we don't know actually you are the one who's supposed to really okay okay my soul I want to see bad words but this is thank you so much for Samsung and I'll advise for all people anyone our and I was about to buy the flow of my mother in her birthday but I changed my mind by the way and the hell with the 15% that you give the customers as an apology what kind of 15% on any I think from the online store while I don't want to do something again so this is the way you treat your customers so I don't want to be a customer anymore thank you
