Not able to add upi to Samsung wallet

I can't add upi to the Samsung wallet. Every time I try it tells meme that there is a technical issue and try again later and can't be fixed yet. If there is any solution for this please tell me.

There is a bug in Samsung Galaxy A55 in One Ui 8. If you clear the background apps the apps won't show but if you open them again after the clean up they will start where they are closed.
