After updating phone to android 10, my phone at loud speaker giving me scratchy audio made it look like the speakers are blasted.This happened after updating the phone.How can i fix this??? This is becoming frustrating.

So i got this s3 frontier and dont understand why does it show 2581 calories when i didnt had any activity??Any help?
