Sir I am purchased s20fe5g from Flipkart.i am visiting Samsung service centre and check imei.they told me it is activated 10 month before I purchased.but they don't give me proof.how can get a proof.flikart now rejected my refund request

Yesterday I am purchased a new s20fe5g from flikart.but I feel it refurbished.it come with thick matt screen guard in box.any one tell me new phone with matt screeguard or not.how check its refurbished
