It works for me too but after few days or sometimes weeks it happens again.And Yes I have reached them multiple times. Infact last time I went to the service centre there the engineer told me that this is the first time they are seeing this issue tho...
This fix is just temporary, I have been doing this fix since the july update. But after few days it again happens. Dont know when will it be fixed . If anyone knows a permanent solution do tell. This is irritating.
Had this issue . After uninstalling Netflix and restarting the device worked but temporarily only few days or sometimes hours after it again throwed the same drm error. This time I have done the discussed fix hope it gets fixed permanently this time.
