3 green lines on my s21+ display.. what should I do??

I am not getting LTE+ connection on my s21+. Only LTE is available.. previously I got LTE+. Now my other m34 gets LTE+ but this phone doesn't.. tried inserting the same sim card and network reset.. still no luck..Can you please help me??
