I just got an s20 ultra brand new. After the device was turned on i went to check for software update. No update and it is still on android 10 one ui 2.1 1st July 2020 security update. Please explain WHY i haven't got the update yet?
Did that... I followed every rule in the book but still wont give me an update... im gna take my phone to the service center they should b able to fix the issue while updating it from their end
