Even I was having the same problem 2 years when I was using my old Samsung Phone. The icon would go when I restarted the phone. I don't know whether that work in latest phones!
Don't open those type of websites. The trusted and original sites will be starting with https:// and non-trusted or **bleep** sites will starting with http:// . Don't open http sites as it is not secured!
