I facing this weird glitch with my ear buds 3 they connecting to S25 ultra but I can't hear any music or sound from video but I can able to hear the voice from call.. I tried restarting the mobile / pair un pair / resting the buds etc but nothing wor...

Contacted Samsung Pakistan on whatsapp and asked them to confirm my s25 ultra pre-order gift.They asked me for my email phone number address and my name and they confirmed the earbuds 3 (free gift) manually.
