It is not that samsung doesn't care they provided in almost all counties in gulf like UAE, Kuwait , Qatar while in Saudi Arabia they didn't which means they country itself doesn't want samsung nor Google pay being connect with their banks

Ask yourself why would a company which is big like samsung or google which is bigger than apple would not provide their service in saudi arabia ?
