I am writing this post for Samsung Wallet / Samsung Pay issues that some users are having to solve it follow the steps and it should work

First of all Samsung Wallet is only available on Galaxy Store app and not Play Store

For Samsung Wallet not showing in store , app not opening and other issues follow these steps

1.Install the latest software update and install the latest Google Play system Update [Settings then go to security privacy and then updates and check for both]

2. This issue will occur on those who changed CSC before or purchased device outside Saudi Arabia, Check your Phone's CSC Code , Go to Settings then About Phone then Software Information then see Service provider software version it should have KSA written at the end ,if it is KSA then go to step 3 , if it is not KSA Saudi version then see these video on how to do it

3. Go to setting then apps then search for "Samsung Pay Framework" The app version should be below 2.0 something or 5.8.48 if it is higher than that example 15.0 then there are 3 methods you can follow below

A. Format Method : You have to format your whole device after taking backup and then it will work [This is the method given by Samsung for the issue]

B. Easy Lucky patcher method [No need to format and No need for Computer]: go to [https://www.luckypatchers.com/lucky-patcher-all-versions/] and install the latest version on your phone, a google play protect popup will appear but ignore it and press Install anyway [it is not harmful] and then open the app and search for "Samsung Pay Framework" and press uninstall and it will downgrade your version to the lowest and now you are good to go to check if it worked you can against to the uninstall step in lucky patcher but now it will ask you need root permission this means it worked and now you can proceed to step 4 , see this thread if you dont understand https://x.com/arabandroid01/status/1866373059206074533

C. Hard Computer Method [No need to format]: Download "ADB App Control" on your pc [https://adbappcontrol.com/en/] and open the app "ADB App Control" and then connect your phone to your pc using cable and then go to setting in your phone then software information and keep clicking Build Number until Developer Mode is turned on and then go back to main setting page and below About phone , new Developer options setting will appear go into developer option click and enable USB Debugging , now you may receive a prompt to allow this pc to access and allow it and then go to "ADB App Control" on your pc now a popup will come to install ACBridge now click install and wait and then app list will come and then search for "Samsung Pay Framework" and click uninstall and wait 5 second after that the app will be downgraded to the lowest version , note: it will still show in app list but don't worry it is now fixed , You can also see this video if you don't understand [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxdAoTuo-7E], now you can proceed to step 4

4. Go to setting on phone then go to apps then search for Galaxy Store and then click it and then go to storage and click clear data and clear cache

5. Now After doing all steps Restart your phone and now the app should be available on Galaxy Store , note: it is not available on play store right now

When I rebooted my phone after installing the Samsung Pay Framework, the app reverted to version 5.8.48. I used the SamFW tool to change the CSC to KSA, and everything appeared to work fine, with the tool confirming the change as successful. However, when I check the CSC in the settings, it still shows KAA/XAA and XAA/XAA. Can you help me resolve this issue?

You  can try these below

Step 1: Confirm the CSC Change

  1. Make sure you've followed all the steps correctly with the SamFW tool, including rebooting the phone after applying the CSC change.
  2. Check if the "OEM Unlock" option is enabled in Developer Options (go to Settings > Developer Options). If it's not enabled, turn it on and retry the CSC change with SamFW.

Step 2: Alternate CSC Change Method

If SamFW isn't working for your device, you can try another method

  • ODIN Flash Tool: Download the KSA firmware for your device from a reliable source (e.g., SamMobile or Frija) and flash it using the Odin tool. This method will ensure the CSC is correctly set to KSA. But Beware this may brick your or may cause other issues

Step 3: Factory Reset

If the issue persists, you may need to perform a factory reset after changing the CSC.

  1. Take a backup of your important data using Samsung Smart Switch or another backup tool.
  2. After resetting, again try the SamFW Tool method

I was literally trying to install this for close to a fortnight.  Westpac bank and Samsung weren't able to assist! 🙂
