Samsung Pay Error, Couldn't Register Card, Try again later

Since the Samsung Pay has launched in Saudi Arabia I'm trying to add different supported bank cards but even after trying all kinds of troubleshoortimg I'm getting an Error, Couldn't Register Card, Try again later

SNB has an option to add in Samsung Pay, when you'll add in app it'll ask for OTP then you have to select Samsung Pay which will provide you OTP after confirmation via call then it'll be added

i also have same problem. i thought problem was UAE version device.
