The absence of this service in our region puts Samsung users at a disadvantage compared to users of other mobile payment platforms. Given the growing demand for digital payment solutions in Saudi Arabia, activating Samsung Pay would not only enhance the customer experience but also strengthen Samsung's market position.

I kindly urge you to consider prioritizing the launch of Samsung Pay in Saudi Arabia. I believe this move would be greatly appreciated by the large number of Samsung users in our country and would demonstrate Samsung's commitment to providing cutting-edge technology and services to all its customers worldwide.

I think Samsung will lose their market share due to the negligence of their local agent in Saudi Arabia.
After 14 years, I'm realy thinking to switch to IPhone!

Already changed my main phone to iPhone just for this feature. And i will never buy any samsung mobile again until they introduce it to saudi

Good for you, I really feel disappointed as I was big fan of Samsung products since Note 3 and currently I'm waiting for new IPhone to be supported by android software which means they have similar our privileges for software customization including Apply pay feature, then I will leave Samsung behind me while they not deserve customers loyalty specifically in Saudi Arabia.
