I bought my phone from Qatar. I live in KSA now. Is there anyway I can use Samsung wallet in KSA?

Changing CSC to KSA through PC or laptop using Samfirm tool or waiting for Samsung to activate the service for phones purchased out of Saudi arabia in the near future, as Samsung stated in its X (Twitter) account
