As of October 2024, Samsung Wallet/Pay has not yet officially launched in Saudi Arabia. While the official launch is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024, there are no users who can confirm its use in the country at this time.

Once Samsung Wallet/Pay becomes available, you can expect to see more users sharing their experiences and feedback.

Well we are in the 4th quarter of 2024 so i guess everything is possible who knows
Plus Samsung Saudi did actually said replaying to an asker in X that Samsung pay is activated in Saudi just waiting for the official lunch in the app store
