about 2nd beta update for s9+

Pros...

1. Memory management is much better than beta1.

2. Sluggish has gone away , but still need improvement....

3. Applications resets gone away .... 

Cons..

1. Stil samsung health- wrong step calculation from mobile 

2. Battery is still draining very fast this has to be fixed quick ...

Yes Battery improvement is still needed and few bugs yet to be fixed
