Android 14 update

Hello, I have the s23 ultra from att, and there isn't a software update for one ui 6, even when samsung said it is already releases for s23, so please tell me why cant I get the update.

Check if AT&T got the update. If yes, ask AT&T support about it. If not, wait with everyone else for the update.
