hi i am using j7 pro since its releases. now i am face issue with screen. j7 pro display turn off immediately when call received and audio messages played amd turns on once audio message completed. i have restored phone to factory setting but probem not solved. i called customer care and they try to solve through samsung tutor but they couldnot. please tell me the solution. hope samsung will reply soon.
